About TraceLogic

Built to close a real evidence gap.

TraceLogic was created because regulated decisions often happen across many systems, while the evidence needed to defend those decisions later is fragmented. The platform is being built to make decision governance clearer, more controlled, and more replayable.

A practical governance problem

In regulated operations, important decisions are made every day. The decision itself is only part of the risk. Teams also need to prove the evidence used, the policy applied, the reviewer involved, the approval path, and whether execution matched the approved outcome.

That evidence is often scattered. TraceLogic was created to give regulated teams a single governed record per decision.

TraceLogic is being built by Tony, an AI Governance and Decision Systems Analyst with a background in data analytics, regulated operations, product thinking, and applied AI governance work. The platform reflects a hands-on view of how decision evidence actually breaks down in practice, and how governance can be made practical without removing human judgement.

Practical foundation, not theory alone

A working governance engine, available for controlled demo, designed for regulated decision processes. Mortgage forbearance is the pilot domain. The model is built to extend.

Working governance engine. Not a slide deck or a mockup, an end-to-end pilot.
Designed for regulated processes. Built around the realities of policy, review, approval, and replay.
Privacy-conscious by design. Tenant-scoped, evidence preserved, role-based lifecycle.
Pilot stage, not enterprise stage. Available for controlled pilot discussions, not production claims.
